ONIRII new bike bottom bracket shell adopts aluminum alloy cold forging process, which increases the density of aluminum alloy material, and the density distribution of aluminum alloy internal medium is more regular. The new bearing structure is designed with steel ball/ceramic ball rolling groove, which can stabilize the rotating track of the bearing even after long time use, thus reducing the probability of rattling. The bottom bracket has a built-in 3-layer waterproof ring, with the first layer separating sand and dirt, the second layer preventing water from entering, and the third layer protecting the bearing balls. The traditional bottom bracket can only do 2 layers at most, which is the real reason why the traditional bottom bracket is easy to lack of oil and rattling after dismantling. This bottom bracket is pre-installed with threaded non-slip adhesive, which is not easy to loosen and fits the threaded frame more tightly.
