Refund policy

1. General

We do not offer a no-hassle return policy. Random returns will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

For items not purchased directly from the ANKEHAO online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Products showing clear signs of use.
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts (unless it's our error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

2. What if You Don't Like Our Products?

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it. Please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost (including customs, taxes, etc.). Check with your courier or postal service for return shipping fees, and be sure to inform us of the tracking number once you ship the product back.


3. What if You Received the Wrong Product?

If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please send us a photo of the product along with a paper copy of the tracking number. Email these details to aftersales@ankehao.com within 5 days of delivery.


4. What if You Want to Cancel Your Order Before Receiving It?

If you cancel your order but it has already been shipped, you will need to return the product at your own expense. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
